About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care to join our 5-star rated facility, as recognized by Medicare.gov. The successful candidate will assist with daily personal care functions, including feeding residents, weighing residents using upright, chair and mechanical lift scale, and transferring residents using proper body mechanics or lifting devices for accident prevention as indicated on the care plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily personal care functions
  • Assist with feeding residents
  • Weigh residents using upright, chair and mechanical lift scale
  • Transfer residents using proper body mechanics or lifting devices for accident prevention as indicated on the care plan
  • Demonstrate appropriate knowledge for safe use of medical equipment
  • Help keep residents' rooms clean and supplied
  • Ambulate residents who require minimal assistance
  • Perform skin checks and notify the nurse of any abnormalities in skin integrity
  • Answer residents' calls and take appropriate action
Benefits:

This full-time position offers a set 2-week schedule with every other weekend off, working 7 out of 14 calendar days. The day shift hours are 6:45 am - 7:15 pm.
