Job Title: Part Time Clinical Counselor

Job Summary:

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (LBHS) is seeking a qualified Part Time Clinical Counselor to join our team. As a Clinical Counselor, you will provide specialized clinical services to individuals recovering from addiction or mental health challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention services to clients within the scope of practice and as privileged by the supervisor.
  • Complete crisis and safety plans, treatment plans, service notes, transition and discharge plans, forms, and miscellaneous job-related reports about a person served in the time frame required by the center, accreditation and certification bodies, respective professional licensing boards, and funding sources.
  • Maintain accurate and complete clinical records for each client served under Quality Improvement and billing standards.
  • Assist in program development and planning as assigned.
  • Respond to requests for clinical information on clients served as allowed by law and applicable rules and regulations.
  • Keep abreast of community resources, educate clients about those resources, and make appropriate referrals as needed to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other service providers involved in client care in the community to promote integrated and holistic care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Active license (LSW, LPC or LICDC).
  • Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen.

Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 8:30am - 5pm.
