Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking multiple Customer Service Agents to join our team in a dynamic environment.

(THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION)

We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities.

- Availability to work at least one weekend shift is required.

Compensation: $16/hour on weekdays and $17.50/hour on weekends.

Bilingual candidates will receive an additional $0.50/hour.

Our operations run 24/7, providing flexible scheduling options across all shifts.

- Each shift can be customized to 8 hours, whether during the day or night.
- Candidates must be able to commit to working either Saturday or Sunday weekly.

- Total hours expected: 40 hours per week, with 32 hours during weekdays and 8 hours on weekends.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from clients across the United States.
- Engage in effective communication while entering data into the system simultaneously.
- Relay messages to the dispatcher as needed.

Qualifications:
* Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
* Successful completion of a spelling assessment.
* Clear and professional phone demeanor.
* Strong command of grammar.
