About the Role

This full-time day shift position offers a competitive salary of $$93,500 per year, plus benefits that include paid time off, various health insurance options, retirement benefits, disability coverage, employee assistance programs, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols of the healthcare organization.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination with other disciplines.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator for well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire required.
