Job Description

Come be a part of the founding team as we open a brand-new Ellie clinic in a new location. As a growing clinic, we are expecting at least 4 days a week in our office initially. This may change as we open more locations later in the year.

Ellie Mental Health is looking for fully licensed and board-approved clinical supervisors who are seeking a different employment experience to ignite their creativity while minimizing the barriers that come with traditional therapy practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Offer supervision for pre-licensed clinicians
  • Evaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including additional diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Other essential responsibilities

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
