We are seeking a skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a STNA, you will provide high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities, working closely with our nursing team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities, adhering to care plans and protocols.
  • Monitor vital signs, report concerns to supervising staff, and provide regular updates to the nursing team.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
