Responsibilities:
- Serve high-quality drinks in accordance with WWBC standards
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Upsell guests on food and drink when appropriate
- Maintain inventory of stock
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Accurately operate Point of Sales system
- Pour beer and follow drink recipes correctly
- Stock supplies and wares
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the beverage or restaurant industry
- Ability to work on foot and move throughout the shift
- Current Beer Savvy Beer Server Certification
- Highly motivated to learn and follow instruction
- Ability to work in close quarters and maintain pace during high-volume shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Flexibility to work unconventional hours, nights, and weekends
- Self-motivation, high energy, and sense of urgency
Compensation:
- Hourly + tips
