Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Additive Manufacturing Technician to support our 3D printing process for rapid prototyping, production parts, and tooling. The ideal candidate will have experience working with 3D Metal Printers, metal finishing techniques, and CNC machining.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove support structures from printed parts
  • Perform secondary finishing operations such as polishing, reaming, and straightening
  • Prep machines for operation and perform material change overs
  • Operate and maintain 3D Printers and perform day-to-day maintenance
  • Remove and clean parts
  • Maintain the schedule for multiple printers and builds
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Basic knowledge and navigation of MSOffice (Excel/Word)
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with 3D Metal Printers such as EOS, Phenix/3DS, Concept Laser, or SLM
  • Metal finishing techniques
  • CNC machining and CAD/CAM programming
  • Understanding of materials, properties, and laser welding
  • Experience in Aerospace and/or Defense industries
