Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical oversight and guidance to programs, ensuring the highest level of care and support for individuals.
- Assess and develop individualized education plans to promote health and wellness, and reinforce preventative health measures.
- Review clinical records to ensure compliance with regulations and provide oversight to the Medication Administration Program.
- Supervise a team of Licensed Practical Nurses and provide training and consultation on medical issues and procedures.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts, required.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving history, required.
- Excellent assessment, documentation, and verbal communication skills, required.
- Experience working with adults with mental health and psychiatric disorders, preferred.
