The estimated salary range for this position is $16-18 per hour, based on industry standards and the company's policies.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily activities of one or more rental properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily property operations, including management of employees and maintenance staff;
  • Coordinating with senior management and owners to ensure effective communication and goal alignment;
  • Managing budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks related to property management;
  • Maintaining accurate resident records and handling all aspects of leasing and resident retention programs;
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of property management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of high school degree;
  • Prior experience in property management or a related field;
  • Licensed Manufactured Home Sales/Lease Licenses or ability to complete exam within 30 days of hire;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Bilingual abilities (written and verbal) in Spanish and English;
  • Computer software experience, including Google Workspace, MS Word, MS Excel, Rent Manager, and related tools.

Awareness of Landlord/Tenant laws, Fair Housing/ADA regulations, OSHA & EPA requirements, and basic understanding of accounting principles is also essential.
