Automotive Consultant

Maritz Automotive Solutions is a leading consulting firm specializing in driving dealership success. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Consultant to join our dynamic team.

This role will involve working closely with dealerships to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to optimize performance. As an Automotive Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Establishing effective relationships with dealership management and staff
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve dealership performance
• Conducting training and implementation with dealership staff
• Assisting with enrollment of new dealers into the OEM Program

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of consulting and/or retail experience with automotive dealerships
• Used Car Experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and generate results
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and location. Maritz offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
