- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of clinical practices and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor ancillary clinical support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers, fostering a culture of empathy and respect.
- New York State License for a Registered Professional Nurse and current registration of valid permit to practice in New York State as an RN.
- BSN Degree.
- Additional education required by specialty areas.
- Effective English communication skills, both written, oral, and interpersonal.
- Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems.
- A minimum 3-5 years of experience in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women's Health.
