We are seeking a skilled Certified Medication Assistant to join our team at Brewer Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a Medication Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents by administering prescribed medications and providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Record and document medication administration and resident responses
• Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication management
• Assist with other resident care tasks as needed, following protocols and procedures

• Valid state certification as a Medication Assistant
