About the Role:

Gulf Pointe Village, a leading provider of senior care services, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at HMG Healthcare Services Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success and management of our assisted living community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of caregivers and support staff
  • Facilitate resident care conferences and ensure the completion of all necessary paperwork, including service plans, in accordance with state and community guidelines
  • Develop and maintain a positive atmosphere for residents, families, visitors, and team members
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including budgeting, financial planning, and staff supervision
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents, in accordance with our organization's mission and values

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a related field
  • Supervisory and management experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
