Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze nursing center financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action as needed.
  • Lead and direct the nursing center department heads, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our team.
  • Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to foster positive relationships and ensure favorable public relations.
  • Create a work environment that encourages employee engagement, adherence to our core values, and a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and compassion.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements within the nursing center.

Requirements:
  • Licensure according to state regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles.
  • Working knowledge of government regulations impacting nursing centers.
  • On-call availability.
Position Details:
  • Full-time position.
  • Pay target: $135K - $160K annually.
