Job OverviewAt StretchLab - East Northport, we're seeking a skilled Certified Flexologist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a best-in-class stretching experience.
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, building a positive and supportive environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting StretchLab membership and retention through sales and outreach efforts.
  • Manage client care by updating client notes consistently and booking weekly recurring appointments, ensuring seamless client experience.
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab policies and safety rules.

Requirements
  • Fitness certification required, with experience in a related field such as personal training, massage therapy, or physical therapy.
  • Availability to work 20+ hours a week, with a passion for boutique fitness and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for all clients.
