Job Description

The Electrical Analyst 2 position at 4P Consulting Inc. involves overseeing key applications, managing technical transitions, and ensuring effective support for the design engineering function.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage equipment such as Linc phones and leased computer equipment.
  2. Oversee the transition into new applications, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption.
  3. Research, implement, and promote new and improved design tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  4. Develop, implement, and coordinate technical training related to software applications, procedures, guidelines, and standards.
  5. Interface with internal departments to support the development of design tools and address hardware and software issues.
  6. Manage access, support, training, and technical issues associated with major applications, including PDMS and AutoCAD.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A technical degree with a focus on Aided Engineering or Electrical Systems.
  • 3-6 years of related experience in a similar role.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD, including both basic and advanced features.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing activities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, necessary for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Effective organizational abilities to manage responsibilities and coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with plant staff, design engineering teams, and/or vendors.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000.
