Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will engage in individual, couples, and/or family therapy, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions as per client preferences.
Qualifications:
- A completed master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution, and actively pursuing independent clinical licensure (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT).
- Social workers should possess a graduate-level license (LGSW) or be nearing completion.
- A commitment to developing therapeutic skills through established modalities and theories.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for facilitating positive change in clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual or family psychotherapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and termination planning/summary.
- Manage all necessary documentation and communications prior to therapy sessions.
- Participate in weekly case consultation meetings.
- Maintain thorough clinical records, including session notes and treatment plans.
- Oversee the online client calendar, manage payments, and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Adhere to all licensure requirements and comply with state laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Compensation:
Up to $85 per client contact hour.

Application Requirements:
- Candidates must be pursuing licensure in the state of Minnesota.
- Specify the type of licensure being sought (LPCC/LPC, LMFT, or LICSW).
- Experience working with a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor to accrue client hours is preferred.
- Background in outpatient or inpatient mental health settings is advantageous.
- Willingness to work with children ages 6 and older is essential.
- Experience in writing clinical Diagnostic Assessments and treatment plans is required.
- A master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited program is mandatory.
