We are in search of an Entry-Level CNC Programmer to become a vital part of our team. This position entails operating machinery within the workshop, making adjustments to CNC programming, and resolving machine issues throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize measurement tools to verify part dimensions.
  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings.
  • Ensure machinery is well-maintained and assess operational processes for effectiveness.
  • Modify current CNC programs as necessary.
  • Provide training to machine operators on established procedures.
Required QualificationsEssential:
  • Willingness to learn machine operations and proficiency in using measurement instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
  • Experience in reading technical blueprints and adjusting machine programs.
Desirable:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position requires working in both indoor and outdoor settings under various environmental conditions, along with physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and manual handling. The role involves lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
