**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team at Luther Manor. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our staff to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

**Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Document resident care plans concisely and clearly, using electronic medical records (EMRs) as required.
  • Be patient, sensitive, and responsive to both the residents and their family's needs.

**Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited RN program with a current RN license in the State of Wisconsin or immediate plans to obtain license.
  • Hospice experience preferred, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Physical mobility to spend 70% of workday moving throughout the facility to visit residents under caseload.
  • Dedication to lifelong learning through attendance at in-services and classes to stay current in nursing knowledge and practices.
