Housekeeper (Full Time) Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Inova Fairfax ECC. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform light cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Make beds, replenish linens, and clean rooms and halls to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
  • Respond to guest queries and requests, and contribute to team efforts to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.
Requirements:
  • No experience is necessary; we provide training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
