We are in search of a Rehabilitation Specialist to enhance our Bone and Joint Rehabilitation Services team. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional therapeutic care to patients, enhancing mobility, and preventing long-term disability. Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare experts, you will formulate treatment strategies and objectives that reflect best practices and a patient-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer physical therapy techniques to alleviate discomfort and restore functionality
  • Assess patient conditions, establish diagnoses, and create individualized care plans
  • Encourage participation in wellness initiatives for sustained health
  • Engage with patients and families with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Valid physical therapy license in the State of Tennessee
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory
  • Experience in outpatient and sports rehabilitation is preferred

Performance Expectations:

  1. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations on initial and ongoing visits
  2. Design and execute treatment plans grounded in established best practices
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate therapy services
  4. Provide educational resources and discharge planning for patients and their families
