We are in search of a Rehabilitation Specialist to enhance our Bone and Joint Rehabilitation Services team. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional therapeutic care to patients, enhancing mobility, and preventing long-term disability. Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare experts, you will formulate treatment strategies and objectives that reflect best practices and a patient-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer physical therapy techniques to alleviate discomfort and restore functionality
- Assess patient conditions, establish diagnoses, and create individualized care plans
- Encourage participation in wellness initiatives for sustained health
- Engage with patients and families with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Valid physical therapy license in the State of Tennessee
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory
- Experience in outpatient and sports rehabilitation is preferred
Performance Expectations:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations on initial and ongoing visits
- Design and execute treatment plans grounded in established best practices
