- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and effectively with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the repair process.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and service staff to ensure efficient and effective repair processes.
- Tool Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in automotive repair or a related field.
- Certifications: ASE certification and state inspection license (where applicable) preferred.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
- Competitive Pay: $33.00 per hour.
