We are seeking a skilled Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse to join our team at J-L Consulting Partners LLC. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support.

Requirements
  • Associate Degree or Higher in Nursing
  • 2+ Years of Hospice Experience
  • 1+ Year of Experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Similar Systems
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Illinois
  • Reliable Mode of Transportation and Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid RN License Number
Schedule and Shift Details

This is a 7-day on-call position, working 7 evenings in a row from 5 PM to 8 AM, with 7 consecutive days off. The role requires travel to the Springfield area for patient visits.
