Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Military Forces Analyst to join our National Security Program. This role is critical for analyzing adversarial naval forces within the U.S. INDOPACOM area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Military Forces Analyst will collaborate with a diverse team of analysts, linguists, and collectors to analyze high-priority, time-sensitive materials. The goal is to produce intelligence and develop sensitive analytic products that support U.S. Navy and INDOPACOM maritime objectives.

  • Conduct all-source analysis, including link analysis and order of battle tracking, utilizing large datasets and translated open-source intelligence alongside classified data.
  • Generate finished intelligence products in compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 and 206.
  • Identify collection gaps to guide the development of new collection requirements.
  • Respond to internal and external Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Facilitate and attend meetings, including classified sessions, prepare agendas, track action items, and distribute minutes.
Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in National Security, Regional Studies, or a relevant technical field is preferred. Alternatively, a High School Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience is acceptable.

Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years in Military Intelligence or the Intelligence Community, with at least eight (8) years focused on intelligence production adhering to ICD 203 and ICD 206 standards in a time-sensitive environment.

Experience should include:

  • Intelligence analysis related to foreign military forces.
  • Proficiency in effective oral communication, including speaking and briefing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
Desired Skills

Experience with intelligence analysis tools and databases such as DataExplorer, Cultweave, Voltron, Analyst's Notebook, and others is highly desirable.

Security Clearance

Applicants must possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
