Position Summary:

The primary focus of this role is to produce high-quality plastic rotational molded components using established molding techniques while complying with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include creating various plastic elements for playgrounds, such as swings, slides, tunnels, and more.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2 PM - 10 PM. Enjoy a shift differential of $3/hr in addition to your hourly wage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce plastic components while meeting departmental efficiency and quality standards.
  • Set up and load the molding machine according to job specifications.
  • Ensure the accuracy of parts and inventory through proper inspection and labeling techniques; on-the-job training is provided.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Assist team members in other areas of the department as needed.

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willingness to cross-train and work in various areas of the company.
  • Ability to make informed decisions regarding the quality of parts and identify those requiring repairs.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with frequent handling of products and machinery.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
