Hostess Opportunity at AJ's Steakhouse

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Hostess to join our team at AJ's Steakhouse. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Communication and Coordination: Effectively communicate with servers regarding guest needs and seating arrangements, ensuring seamless service.
  • Reservation and Seating Management: Take reservations for guests and assist with rearranging seating as needed to accommodate changing tables and guest preferences.
  • Supporting Managers and Supervisors: Collaborate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods, as well as lift and move tables and chairs (up to 25 lbs).
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours.
