We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Hotel Cleaner to join our team at Arizona Biltmore, a luxury resort in Phoenix. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned rooms and suites, adhering to high standards of quality and service.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have prior housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury setting, and possess excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service to guests. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Clean rooms and suites according to established protocols, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows/tracks.
  • Strip dirty linens/towels and remove used amenities from rooms/suites.
  • Restock maid carts with supplies as needed.
  • Greet guests warmly and respond to special requests promptly.
  • Provide information about hotel services, activities, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
  • Assist colleagues as required to maintain a smooth operation.
Requirements
  • Prior housekeeping experience (luxury background preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs.
