We seek an experienced healthcare professional to lead our regional health services team. As a Regional Health Services Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating health initiatives on behalf of employees and contractors, working closely with the local medical community when necessary.
You will develop and implement health-related programs to promote health, wellness, productivity, and safety within facilities/plants. This will involve interacting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, as well as participating in conference calls with HR, Medical Case Management Team, Enterprise Health and Medical, and operations.
A RN degree with 3-5 years of experience in occupational health is required, with previous emergency room experience being a plus. Certification in occupational and environmental health nursing and case management is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health-related programs to promote health and safety.
