Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and a Business Degree or 2-5 years of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in following both written and verbal instructions.
  • Capability to manage frequent interruptions while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize and complete multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Quick problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while upholding professional standards.
  • Typing proficiency of 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy.

Some travel may be required between offices.
