Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to provide administrative support to our project teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with project managers and teams, tracking addenda, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with other aspects of project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain confidential project information
- Assist project managers with coordination and communication
- Track and manage project documentation
- Assist with assembling and coordinating project documents
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of administrative experience in the A/E/C industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Newforma software
- High attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, AIA Contract Documents, Bluebeam, Newforma, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience providing administrative support on commercial projects
