Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chiropractor to join our team as a Clinic Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch chiropractic care, leading our clinic towards success, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care
    • Consult with patients to review their health and medical histories, and provide personalized treatment plans.
    • Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine to determine conditions and develop effective treatment strategies.
    • Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other articulations of the body to correct musculoskeletal issues.
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage our clinic team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive clinic growth and success.
  • Communication and Education
    • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and coordination.
    • Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide personalized treatment plans.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Coordinate and track key metrics and measurements related to patient management.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure
    • Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
    • Valid Texas DC license.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in chiropractic care.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
