Home Health Physical Therapist Lead in Colorado Springs

We are seeking a skilled Therapy Clinical Manager to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Therapy Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our home health therapy services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and management experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care. You will be expected to lead a team of therapists and provide guidance on clinical practices, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of therapists to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and policies to drive patient outcomes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PT license in Colorado
- Minimum of three (3) years of physical therapy experience in home healthcare preferred
- Two (2) years of management experience preferred
