Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is $21.00 - $26.25 USD per hour, depending on skills and experience. Growth opportunities and skill development are defining features of the colleague experience at TD.

Job Description:
This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences while processing everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment, educating customers on TD's products and services or referring them to a partner for specialized solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Execute TD's Brand promise to customers by consistently delivering appropriate behaviors to deliver a Legendary Customer experience
* Perform customer transactions efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments
* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures
* Engage in lobby leadership by orchestrating customer flow and warmly welcoming customers
* Understand customer preferences and educate them on self-service/digital options that meet their needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* 6 months work-related experience preferred, or equivalent demonstrated through volunteering, education, military experience
* Ability to work during operating hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled
* Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred
