  • Utilize hand signals or verbal communication to coordinate with team members during truck positioning.
  • Collect and process ear corn samples, ensuring proper handling and delivery to designated areas.
  • Perform husking and shelling tasks as required, demonstrating basic operational skills with equipment.
  • Monitor the flow of materials and ensure efficient processing.
  • Safely operate rooftop trolleys while navigating between different work areas.
  • Engage in regular physical activities, including standing, reaching, and walking on uneven surfaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all bins and work areas, particularly on sloped surfaces.
  • Be prepared to perform sorting duties and communicate effectively in a dynamic work environment.
