Security Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol designated areas to detect and prevent security breaches
  • Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular checks of security systems and equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and their guests
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and secure environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer and technology skills necessary
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
  • Customer service background preferred
