Job Overview

Proman Staffing is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team.

As a Machine Operator, your primary responsibilities will include the setup, operation, and maintenance of various machinery. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate assigned machinery to produce top-tier products.
  • Perform machine setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Utilize a variety of machines including die casting, milling, and specialized drilling equipment.
  • Load materials into automated systems for processing.
  • Execute cutting, grinding, milling, and quality inspection of parts.
  • Monitor and maintain material levels throughout the production process.

Work Shifts:

  • 2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM, Monday to Friday
  • 3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM, Sunday to Thursday

Training will be provided on the first shift, with a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour following training completion.

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary
