Job Summary

ORIX USA is seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This individual will play a crucial role in assisting the execution of various transformation projects, working closely with the Business Transformation team, Line of Business teams, and Executive leadership to rethink and redesign key processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into actionable projects.
  • Analyze complex business challenges and operations, synthesizing insights to inform process redesign.
  • Develop and execute process project plans, including timelines and milestones, to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the transformation process.
  • Design and implement enterprise change management plans, including stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and business readiness assessments.
  • Prepare current and future state process flows, as well as training content, to ensure proper adoption of new processes.
  • Analyze policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for standardization and rationalization.
  • Work independently and as part of a high-performance team, prioritizing assignments and meeting critical deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive operational process transformation experience, preferably with a nationally recognized consulting or Big 4 public accounting firm.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Superb writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
