Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with children and families to provide emotional support and guidance on essential skills such as emotional regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing, and support for both the foster parents and the children in their care.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to help families build on their strengths and connect with community resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field.
