About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our team at The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC). As a Guest Room Attendant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance in our luxury hotel/casino.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, including replacing room amenities and literature as directed.
  • Report any room discrepancies or maintenance problems to the supervisor.
Requirements
  • 21 years old or older
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. and perform general cleaning tasks
  • Customer service skills
