Job Summary:

As a Senior Vizier Admin and Support Consultant at Lorven Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures for our Visier platform. This includes user access controls, data encryption, and compliance with data protection regulations. You will also be responsible for user and permission management, data access and testing, and data monitoring, validation, and issue resolution support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security measures for the Visier platform, including user access controls, data encryption, and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Manage user and permission access, including creating and managing user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Test and verify user data access levels and process new user requests.
• Work with senior leadership on user access exceptions and document divergence from established workflow processes.
• Perform pre/post security implementation regression testing.
• Validate user data access levels and process new user requests.

• Test all security-based data access changes using random sampling of user access in production environment to ensure appropriate level of access to data.
• Investigate and triage data issues (load failure investigation, data quality issues, bugs) within Visier and coordinate remediation with all stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise for Visier support needs, including data quality, data load failures, and communication and resolution support.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in HR analytics and adoption.
• Possess knowledge of SaaS-based security models, including user groups, permissions, visualization packages, and basic security methodology, preferably with the Visier platform.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed HR insights for people decisions.

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable about Visier platform backend, including data configuration and security.
• Business acumen and effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration across functions to align client needs with platform capabilities.
• People analytics experience using vendor-based analytic solutions, using data from source systems such as PeopleSoft or Workday.
• Experience with Human Resources data and understanding of the Human Resources function.
