Job Details
  • Job Title: Physical Therapist

  • Salary: $86k-$125,000 per year (not per visit)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full time)
  • Hours: No Calls, No Weekends (unless needed)

Must have:

  • Physical Therapy License in the State of Illinois
  • American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
  • CPR certification per American Heart Association guidelines is required within 30 days of hire
