At Premier Martial Arts, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and exceeding key performance indicators for our studio.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain an effective referral program to drive new business and increase customer retention
- Maintain accurate records using our established sales systems to track sales performance and customer interactions
- Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls to ensure exceptional customer service
- Lead studio previews with prospects and fitness program holders to showcase our services and build relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile
- Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Participate in 2 PMA scheduled workouts per week to stay active and engaged
- Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area to ensure a positive first impression
- Process accurate cash and credit card transactions and follow up with prospective clients
- Respond promptly to member requests, inquiries, and concerns to ensure exceptional customer service
- Properly onboard all PMA clients and work closely with the Instructor Team to ensure seamless processes
- Attend and participate in all relevant PMA training programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills and previous sales experience with strong sales skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task and work in a quota-bearing structure
- Functional computer skills required, with Google Workspace experience a plus
- Health and fitness-minded individuals strongly preferred
- High school diploma required
- A competitive salary of $60,000.00 per year
