Nursing Assistant

About the RoleThis is a full-time position working 2:30PM - 11PM shifts, including every other weekend and holiday. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional care to residents and will be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct resident care as directed by the RN and LPN, including activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, dressing, transporting, toileting, and ambulating residents.
- Maintain current CPR certification and participate in ongoing education and training.
- Establish effective communication strategies and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and residents.
- CPR certification required based on AHA standards within 30 days of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Act 34 clearance and OAPSA clearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
$32,000 - $42,000 per year, depending on experience.
