Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management activities, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and best practices.
  • Guide teams in maintaining discipline and consistency in project execution.
  • Manage project-related issues and risks, while effectively communicating with stakeholders to align expectations.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to relevant parties, including management and the Program Management Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience in infrastructure or contact center projects is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Clarity and/or SUITE is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.
