Job Summary

We are seeking a certified Collision Repair Expert - Lead Technician to join our team. As a key member of our collision center, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality repairs and excellent customer service.

Our state-of-the-art facility features two spray and bake paint booths, aluminum welding capabilities, and Shark measuring technology.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of technicians in achieving exceptional repair quality and efficiency
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards
  4. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A certification in collision repair or related field
  • Proven experience in body shop repair, frame straightening, and mechanical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
  • A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
