Key Responsibilities:

  • No prior dialysis experience is necessary.
  • Training may occur in various facilities or training clinics.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple clinics during and after training.
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, including rotating Saturday shifts.

What You Will Experience:

  • Direct Patient Interaction: Spend the majority of your time providing one-on-one care to ensure safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatments.
  • Patient Monitoring: Observe and document patient conditions before, during, and after treatments, including setting up hemodialysis machines.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term connections with patients undergoing treatment for end-stage renal disease, educating them on dialysis-related topics.
  • Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including technicians, nurses, dietitians, and social workers, under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working with blood and needles.
  • Ability to mix medical solutions as needed.

  • Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics as required.
  • Previous healthcare experience is a plus, including certifications such as BONENT, CHT, CNA, CMA, or Phlebotomy.
