We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team in providing exceptional inpatient and outpatient services. As a key member of our healthcare team, this individual will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. Additionally, they will function as an educator for PA/NP/CNM students from healthcare education programs, supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, as well as prescribing medications and treatments as necessary
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of excellence within the organization
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Required
- DEA Required
- Basic Life Support Required within 6 months of hire
- Bachelor's Degree Physician Assistant or Master's Degree Physician Assistant Required or Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree Nursing Required
- 1 year clinical experience preferred
