Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Form Builder/Carpenter to join our team at Webber. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for building, assembling, and installing forms for molding concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Form Construction: Construct forms for the placement of concrete and structures, ensuring accuracy and precision in every detail.
  2. Quality Control: Inspect forms while concrete is being placed to ensure they meet our high standards.
  3. Team Collaboration: Assist and direct others in stripping forms after concrete is placed, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  4. Material Installation: Install miscellaneous materials in erecting concrete structures, including pre-cast concrete elements.
  5. Specialized Tasks: Prepare for slip-forming traffic rails and median barriers, and install permanent metal deck forms.
  6. Tool Operation: Work with hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
  7. Other Duties: Perform other unlisted duties as required to support the construction process.
Requirements
  1. Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
  2. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications.
  3. Physical Demands: Move throughout a construction jobsite, including minor obstacles, and perform heavy physical activity.
  4. Manual Dexterity: Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceive attributes of objects and materials.
  5. Work Environment: Work outdoors with exposure to changing weather conditions.
