Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and determine the number in their party, ensuring a seamless and efficient seating process.
  • Seat guests by finding a clean, available table, and providing a clean and current menu.
  • Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and the well-being of guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
